SHIPPING
All pieces are shipped via white-glove delivery service within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. International shipping is available upon request.

HANDLING & PACKAGING
Every piece is individually crated and padded by hand to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the natural beauty and integrity of each creation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@terafera.com and we will arrange a resolution.
