EACH TERA FERA PIECE IS A SINGULAR WORK OF ART. WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN DELIVERING YOUR INVESTMENT SAFELY TO YOUR HOME.

Shipping
Each Tera Fera piece is one of one and hand-carved from solid reclaimed teak root. Because of its weight and scale, every order ships by fully insured freight with white-glove delivery, arranged worldwide. Crating, freight, and any applicable duties or taxes are quoted per destination and confirmed before your order is finalized. An estimated delivery window is provided with your quote. Natural movement and fine surface checks are inherent to solid teak root and are not considered defects.

Delivery & damage
Please inspect your piece on delivery. Note any transit damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photographs, so we can arrange a resolution through the carrier's insurance.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery. The piece must be returned in its original condition, and return crating and freight are the buyer's responsibility. As each work is a unique, one-of-one piece, we are unable to offer refunds. Commissioned or custom pieces are final.

Cancellations
If an order has not yet shipped, it may be cancelled subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Care
While teak root is exceptionally durable, it is not indestructible. Left outdoors in harsh climates, even teak will weather. Keep your piece indoors, away from prolonged direct sun and direct heat sources.
